We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so we will always try our best to make things right!

  • Please allow 2 weeks from the purchase date for order processing, creation, and fulfillment. Thank you for supporting our small business.

  • Our small business ships items that are made-to-order especially for you. At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds.

    ​However, if we made a mistake with your order or the item arrived defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will make things right.

    EXCHANGES:

    While there are no refunds of any kind, should you discover an item doesn’t fit as you expected, we can offer an exchange. Please contact us at orders@themodernright.com and be sure to include your order # and the size you'd like to exchange for. Once we have confirmed that the size you'd like to exchange for is available, your unworn, unwashed, like-new item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Because we are a small business, we are not able to cover the return shipping cost or provide prepaid shipping labels at this time.

    ​We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. As long as the items are in the same condition that you received them in (unworn, unwashed, & undamaged) we will ship out the new size to you within 2-10 business days to complete the exchange.

  • We do not offer returns at this time.

    If your order qualifies for an exchange per our exchange policy, contact our customer support team at orders@themodernright.com and include your order number, the item(s) you are seeking to exchange, and please note the new size or desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)

    Once we receive your email, we will provide you with a return address and the next steps to process your exchange.

    Please note you are responsible to cover the cost to ship the item to us.

  • When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

    Please note that once your order has left our warehouse, we do not have any additional info than what is shown in your tracking. If you have not received your items, please first check the tracking number provided on your shipment confirmation email. If you need further assistance after an item has shipped, please reach out to the carrier, as we have no control over your package once they receive it.
