Returns & Exchanges


Our small business ships items that are made-to-order especially for you. At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds.

​However, if we made a mistake with your order or the item arrived defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will make things right.

While there are no refunds of any kind, should you discover an item doesn’t fit as you expected, we can offer an exchange. Please contact us at orders@themodernright.com and be sure to include your order # and the size you'd like to exchange for. Once we have confirmed that the size you'd like to exchange for is available, your unworn, unwashed, like-new item(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us.

​We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. As long as the items are in the same condition that you received them in (unworn, unwashed, & undamaged) we will ship out the new size to you within 2-10 business days to complete the exchange.
